We had the fun task of making this "poker table" cake for a 23rd birthday party. The birthday boy is diabetic and requested a sugar free red velvet cake. This was a harder task than we anticipated, but it turned out beautifully. His favorite hand is a 10 and a queen and we tried to make him the winner of this round.
